Too much of a good thing?
A few of these recipes have great applications if you have a bit left over. The leftovers are so good, I’d think seriously about making a double batch just to have extra.
Pimento Cheese – After you’ve made your sandwiches, take what’s left over, roll them into the size of a golf ball, roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry them. I had these at Gray’s on Main in Franklin, TN and fell head over heals in LOVE. You will too!
Homemade Granola Bars – Crumble these up over yogurt and top with berries and make yourself a healthy breakfast parfait.

You don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy the snacks in my Golfer’s Guide to the 19th Hole. Lord knows I can’t hit a golf ball to save my life! These recipes were inspired by our visit to the Masters’ Golf Tournament in Augusta, GA in 2019. My favorite recipes in this round up are the moon pies, azalea cocktail and of course… the fried pimento cheese balls!
