In a large bowl, mix together the oats, pretzel crumbs, mini chocolate chips, salt, flax seeds, and chia seeds (if using).
In another bowl, thoroughly combine the honey and peanut butter.
Add the honey peanut butter mixture to the other ingredients, and stir well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Scoop a bite-size amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat.
