Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is one of those dips you crave all through out the year.  It's easy to throw together and everyone loves it!  Serve it with pita chips, celery, or tortilla chips. ❤️ | www.lakesidetable.com

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian Blend shredded cheese
  • 1 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze dried
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 14 ounce jar grilled* artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2/3 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/4 chopped herbs mix of parsley and thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Put mixture into an oven safe dish, leaving at least 1 inch room from top of the dish.
  4. Bake on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes.

Recipe Notes

*If you can't find grilled artichoke hearts, marinated or canned will do just fine.
