Apricot Balls

Sweet, but not too sweet, bite size coconut apricot dessert.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dried apricots chopped
  • 1 cup sweeten coconut flakes more for rolling
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup pecans chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put dried apricots and flake coconut in food processor.

  2. Pulse food processor until combined.

  3. Add condensed milk and pulse food processor until combined.

  4. Put mixture into a bowl and chill for 1 hour.

  5. After mixture has chilled, roll into bite-sized balls and roll in extra coconut flakes and chopped pecans.
