Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Elderflower liqueur
  • 6 ounces Prosecco
  • 2 ounces Club Soda sparkling water
  • 1 sprig Mint
  • 1 fresh lime

Instructions

  1. Fill wine glass with ice.

  2. Pour elderflower liqueur over ice.

  3. Add prosecco.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Squeeze a wedge of fresh lime into the glass.

  6. Lightly bruise mint with hands and add to cocktail.

  7. Place 2 lime wheels into the drink and gently stir to combine.
