Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin 1 envelope
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy cream, sugar, and gelatin in a medium sauce pot.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften gelatin.

  3. Heat the gelatin mixture over medium-high heat until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and vanilla until completely combined.

  5. Pour into small cups and chill until firm, about 4 hours.
