This was the lovely vanilla dessert that was served in mini cups at Anne's birthday bash. It's very similar to a vanilla pudding or panna cotta.

Swedish Cream
This is a light dessert that's smooth and creamy. Serve it in mini cups with a small spoon.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ยฝ teaspoons unflavored gelatin 1 envelope
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions

Combine heavy cream, sugar, and gelatin in a medium sauce pot.

Let sit for 5 minutes to soften gelatin.

Heat the gelatin mixture over medium-high heat until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and vanilla until completely combined.

Pour into small cups and chill until firm, about 4 hours.
