Quality & Speedy Service
One of the first things I noticed after Emily took ownership of Joes, is how quick they are behind the counter. I'm not talking fast feeder speediness, because everything is still made to order. But there is a remarkable improvement between the time I order to when I can sink my teeth into my favorite Southwestern salad. 
Emily brings her expertise she gained earning her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management to Joe Sippers. It's also evident she's applying skills she gleaned as Restaurant Manager for Celebrity Chef, Gordon Ramsay.
Plus, she gets to tap into her husband's (Brennan) wealth of culinary knowledge. He's a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and has been upgrading many of the menu items!
Since I'm hearing impaired, I'm so incredibly appreciative I no longer have to strain to hear my name being called when my order is ready. Now, one of Emily's baristas cheerfully brings out lattes and lunches (or breakfast) to your table. Love that!

If you live or work in a 4 mile radius of Joe Sippers, they will deliver to you! They've also added convenient online ordering. If you order online, expect to have it ready within 10-15 minutes.
Shop Local
She sources as many of her ingredients as she can from local farmers, gardeners and craftspeople. Eggs and cheese are often procured from the nearby Shortlegs and Eggs Farm and Marcoot Jersey Creamery. 
These (and other local ingredients) go into all their baked goods they make in house. Yum! 
In House Roasting
But the coolest thing I love about Joe Sippers is their coffee. They roast all their beans in house and you can taste the difference! Their coffees are smooth and well balanced. 
Each "Sipperior" (I seriously wish I made that up!) cup of coffee starts off with quality green coffee beans. It's all traceable, graded and the freshest possible.
Not only does this result in a great cup of coffee but it eliminates mold normally found in grocery store brands. Drinking coffee free of these toxins increases brain clarity and alertness.

What's in Store for Joe Sippers Cafe - 2020
