I complied these practical pantry recipes because right now so many of us are staying at home and cooking with what we have. Beans, rice, canned tuna and salmon are items we stocked up on and they all have long shelf lives. Which is great, but they’re not what many of us normally cook with.
I also included the cookies and breads because not only are they easy and quick to make they’re… well, quite frankly, they’re some of my favorite comfort snacks!
