Cocoons or Wedding Cookie Recipe

Light buttery shortbread cookies with pecans that are quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ยฝ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 ยผ cup flour sifted
  • ยผ teaspoon salt
  • ยพ cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.

  2. Form small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom.
