Crack Jack Recipe
Salty, Sweet & Easy to Make.

Ingredients
- 8 oz margarine
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ยฝ cup corn syrup light or dark
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 quarts popcorn fully popped
Instructions

Melt butter in sauce pot

Stir in sugar, corn syrup, and salt.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Stir in vanilla and baking soda.

Pour butter/sugar mixture over popped popcorn in a large bowl.

Spread popcorn in one layer over baking sheets and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Stir popcorn every 15 minutes while baking.
